Family Friendly Chat Room Ideas

Marie and I are very excited about this new chat concept we have developed. We are convinced the time has come for a "Family Friendly" place to chat. We know there are lots of "Family Friendly" web sites already out there, of which most have tons of neat information and activities for developing and enhancing families and family values. But, what our research found hardest to come by was a place on the web where all members of a family could go and chat in peace.

The Internet no longer belongs to that one special member of the family who is the resident computer genius. Today, everyone in the family has gotten in on the act: From the young child who can click a mouse button at warp speed, to the Grandparent who's eyes glaze over whenever the grandkid lectures on the importance of bandwidth.

As the entire family has gotten on-line and become somewhat Internet savvy, the net's dangers have become much more apparent. Family safety on the Internet is now the priority. And, since children are the fastest growing segment of chat service users, many parents have become greatly concerned about their children's safety in chat rooms. Truth is, parents should worry about who it is their children are meeting in these chat rooms, especially when the parent isn't there to look over their child's shoulder.

I think our Chatters™ chat service successfully addresses these serious issues confronting the Internet active family. I think we have found a way to provide our family and mature adult members with a clean and secure place to chat without having to worry constantly about becoming the victim of some wild gang of hackers or stalking cyber freak.

As I said at the outset, I don't claim to be an expert on knowing what's required to make for a good family.
